Medical Forms & Waivers

Every camper that wishes to attend Camp Northfield must provide accurate and up-to-date medical information. CLICK HERE to view the medical and liability release forms needed for your child to attend Camp Northfield. Copies of school forms are acceptable.

We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable camping experience for all of our campers. A full time health supervisor and nurse are available at all times, and a certified lifeguard is present during swimming activities. Our infirmary is supplied with all standard OTC medications. Prescription medications should be sent in their original packaging with instructions for the nurse who will administer them at the prescribed dosage times.

Drop Off & Pick Up

Drop off is Monday morning for all camping weeks. If your camper's last name begins with "A-M," registration will begin promptly at 9 AM. If your camper's last name begins with "N-Z," registration will begin at 9:30. Please check-in at the Hilliker Lodge before getting settled in at the cabins. All spending money will be put into a Junior Bank account upon check-in.

Pick-up will be Saturday morning (Wednesday for Pioneer Camp) at 9:30 AM. Please stop at the Hilliker Lodge before picking your camper up at their cabin.

What to Bring

What Not to Bring

Cellphones • iPods • laptops • games • radios • magazines • illegal drugs • marijuana in any form • any type of firearm • any weapons • knives • cigarettes • tobacco • alcohol • firecrackers • OTC medications

Cell Phone Policy

Camp Northfield has a ‘no-screen’ policy. This includes cellphones. We believe that Camp has been used to affect so many lives over the years partly because we have encouraged our campers and staff to be “set apart” for the time they are here. Your child’s counselor is happy to hang on to your child’s cellphone while they are here, however, we strongly encourage them to be left at home. If at any point your child is feeling like they really need to make a phone call home, we are happy to help them do so before bed time in the evening. If you need to contact your child, you can call the Camp office at any time and we will happily facilitate communication. We are blessed each year to see our camper’s hearts and lives changed as they take the opportunity to “be still, and know that He is God.” (Psalm 46:10)
